Whats new in 1.7 version ?

BIG CHANGE FOR ENGLISH USERS

The version 1.7 is a major change for english users.

Indeed, English people will now benefit of the same version than french one.

(customized background and back of cards, English cards Jack,Queen and Kings,

a revised help file...)

Before 1.7 version, french and English versions of La Chouine were developped separately. This conduced to have an English version remaining to 1.5 while french version has improved to 1.6.

So we redevelopped the english version into the 1.6 french version. By just changing an option in the software, you can switch between french and english using ALTGR+L

La Chouine is a card game very played in the middle-West of France and especially in the "Loir" Valley. Its origins came from the 16th century. It knows a renewal for 10 years and conquest gradually every class of society.

A tournament called "CHOUINE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP" is organised every year in the Loir-et-Cher, in the village of Lavardin, "the frenchiest village in France"?
